Lavish Vacation Global (“LVG Stays”) arranges villa stays, yacht and boat charters, cruises, holiday packages and activities in Goa, India.

Booking requests

• Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you and any required payment is received.
• Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
• You must give accurate contact details, dates and guest numbers.

Prices and payments

• Prices on the site are starting rates and the estimated total is only a guide.
• The final price depends on dates, season, guests and add-ons, and we confirm it before you pay.
• Payment details and schedules are shared after we confirm availability.

Villas, boats and activities

• Inclusions, timings, capacity and house rules differ for each listing and are confirmed with your booking.
• You must follow the rules of the property or operator, including guest limits, noise timings and safety instructions.
• Boat trips and water activities depend on weather and sea conditions and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety.
• Adventure activities involve risk. You take part at your own risk and must follow the operator’s instructions.

Guest responsibility

You are responsible for any damage to a property or vessel caused by you or your group beyond normal use, and for the behaviour of your guests.

We act as an organiser and we work with third-party owners and operators. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, government orders or a provider’s failure, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Goa have jurisdiction.
